Amnesty Renewal – $200.00
Offered to veterinary technicians whose certification may have lapsed. Requirements include: complete CE form for each certification cycle missed (each cycle requires 15 CEs). Complete application must include CE form as applicable to be processed. Payment of $200 is required.

FVTA Amnesty Program

Offered to veterinary technicians whose certification may have lapsed. Requirements include: complete CE form for each certification cycle missed (each 2 year cycle requires 15 CEs). Complete application must include CE form and a letter of reccommendation from a currently credentialed Florida CVT or DVM to be processed. If you have NOT previously certified with FVTA you must also include VTNE test score, college transcripts, and proof of original certification.

Payment of $200 is required.
